I'm Lorna Bellany ANutR, I started my university career at RGU in 2010 when I was 17. I left Aberdeen years later with my bachelors degree and to pursue new things. I tried out nursing, teaching and childcare but I still couldn't find something that fulfilled my passion to help others. I then came back to QMU in 2017 to finally get my honours degree here I found fundamental foods and started volunteering part time with them.
Since then I have worked with the Pennypit in a number of activities such as the food lead at the PSG Lunchclub. Doing this has made me want to further help people by understanding the social determinants of health - so in 2018, after graduating from my nutrition course, I started doing a Masters of Public Health at Edinburgh University.
